“At DISC, I'm allowed to choose what I want to work on immediately as I log in, and I end up learning a lot more from firsthand experience. If I don't know something, I can search it online and watch a video telling me what I need to know. As someone with ADHD, I can use my outbursts of creative energy as they come, and I'm also allowed to take breaks freely, which helps me manage my stress levels and improve my overall productivity.”
