The primary aim of DISC is to help you talented young people into work and the careers that they so richly deserve. We cannot do this without the support of employers committed to making a difference to the lives of young people in the city. 

 

There are a number of ways employers can get involved from providing a live brief, hosting an intern for work experience at your offices or providing a work trial (extended interview) ahead of a hire.

SENDCode

SENDCode is a Manchester-based digital agency that provides services including Web Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, Animation, Illustration, Social media content creation, Marketing, Videography and Photography. SENDCode provides opportunities for talented young neurodivergent creatives and works closely with DISC to manage live briefs, provide work experiences and employment to some graduates.
